Este crustáceo, abundante nesta região, serve muitas vezes de chamariz aos restaurantes, onde é frequente ver letreiros indicado a presença deles no menu, alguns por vezes caricatos, traduzindo à letra, para o inglês, como "understands". Adorado por alguns e detestado por outros, frequentemente é visto a "circular" aqui pelo Monte e quem nos visita sabe que o melhor "restaurante" para os comer, é aqui mesmo. Onde nos chegam directamente do mariscador para o Monte, com um cheiro indescritível e com um forte sabor a mar... e hoje não foi excepção.

This crustacean, abundant in this region, often serves as a decoy to restaurants, where we frequently see signs indicating their presence in the menu. Loved by some and loathed by others, is often seen "in moving" here in Monte and our visitors know that the best "restaurant" to eat them is right here. Directly from the shellfish gatherers to the Monte, with an indescribable smell and taste of sea ... and today was no exception.
